LUXURY VILLAS
The Studio Matteo Nunziati is in charge of the realization and coordination in all its phases. The interior design project of the master plan which includes 50 villas which will be finished within 2008 in Dubai, in the most precious area of the city, in Jumeirah beach.
The client is one of the biggest society of Real Estate in the Middle East named Abyaar Company.
The master plan counts 50 villas which have three different dimensions and typologies (Decora 255 sqm,
Wanya 376 sqm, Fulva 266 sqm), and counts also six towers of 20 floors used as fashion hotel and residence.
The first step will be the realization of the villas.
The external taste will be contemporary , and the internal spaces got studied from the studio Matteo Nunziati and developed into three different choices of furniture and finishes for each villa typology.
The client who will acquire a villa will be able to choose within the three variations, enclosing itself to its closest personal taste.
In any case the villas will be applied to conscious and refined buyers, for that reason Matteo Nunziati chose products and finishes of top quality.
The most stimulating aspect of this project was the challenge of satisfying the far and diverse aesthetic necessities, exalting in terms of the chosen typology, the minimalism most accentuated or in the contrary, a richness of a taste deco, but searching to maintain a recognizable impression with the actual quality and the projected style of the studio Matteo Nunziati.
To obtain projective and elevated realized standards Matteo Nunziati and Abyaar Company have selected and included suppliers within the most important firms of the Made in Italy design.
This project typology evidences a significant tendency of the global real estate market of residential construction.
The project includes not only the external part but every single detail of the Interior, offering to the final purchaser a housing of extremely high standards guaranteed by the signature from the design studio Matteo Nunziati and by the experience and the quality strengthened by important brands of the Made in Italy.
